Comenius group from our school visited our Turkish
friends in May this year. 
After a long flight we arrived to the airport in
Ankara. There we were welcomed by teachers from the partner Turkish school. We
were taken by hosting families. I stayed with Demet, I hosted her in Poland
before. At the beginning I was surprised with some customs. 
For example they
took off their shoes before entering the house. Next days were full of
attractive sightseeing tours. We could see Turkish culture. I was impressed by
dervish dance. I visited Miniturk in Istanbul, the place where I could see the
most famous buildings and places in Turkey but made in smaller scale. I never
forget beautiful Cappadocia. 
I was far away from my home but I did not feel
lonely. I will always remember that visit.
